i have a manual vy and mine dosent pick up that bad at all! never been beat by a vr/vs

not a fan! looks like a re badged SS with a rear wing and wheels! Prefer the hsv actualyl prefer the VZ

Got one of these stock(bored out) throttle bodies! they are selling them all over the joint. Was just wondering if anyone has tried one and if so r u happy with it? Cheers Nicko

have seen some cheap L67's around and was wondering what things would i need to do to get it to bolt up to my VY 5speed? Cheers

u can find l67's for around 2-3gs! i

yeah! i have a YT pully but havent put it on! Am probably going to have to selll the ol VT soon! So am giving the pully to a mate with a Stato(VS year)

got tem both dyno'd and the VY was 10rwhp up on the VT-S6

its 3.46 which im almost postive is ok! im wondering if its compatible, i know its like changing a transmission was just wondering if the VX Diff fists the VY!!

i dont know my exact times but i think my VY NA is around 7.0-7.5seconds! (theres a vid in my sig but car has bald tyres) what times are u running with the charger?

yeah paint them the same as the rest of the car! have u had her dyno'd? first thing u should get (what i hve done to my vy) pacemaker headers/2.5 exhaust, kandn panel filter is it auto or manual?

VS - VX = 147kw VY = 152kw

are vx diffs the same as vy? my vt is series 2

you will probably find if u change diff oil then it will stop the noise (and clunk if it was the same as mine)! but if u want an lsd then get one!

not sure they said they were completly different diffs!

not too sure why that is. its strange u didnt notice a difference with the pully.. i dragged a guy (in my stock super 6 vt) and he had the same but with a 10psi pully and he made me look stupid

yeah go the super 6 u can get them cheap and they go quite well! i havent lost a drag against a 5.0 yet in mine! and all you have to do is spend 150 on a pully and it will go heaps better!

i took my vt s/c 6 into the mechanics along with my vy (fit vt diff into vy) and they said it cant be done!

oh yeah i got close to 25fwkw from my headers and exhaust which was dyno tested not an estimate!

i have pacemakers on my vy ecotec and mine runs much better and has never glowed! take it back and let them know what happens!

i reckon she looks good made! lol do what u want to it i say!
