Sorry didn’t do a good job explaining my problem, the regulator is fine it’s the window I replaced. The last one was shattered so didn’t have an issue sliding the bottom out wondering if there’s an easy way to get this one in

Same problem here with the glass that winds down its been smashed and not sure what I’m doing have all the inner door trim off. Any help is appreciated cheers
