if it was such a disaster why did you put up with it for 15 years? and yeah everybody experiences different service from the same company, in my case we don't mind paying the extra to know that if it anything stuffs up it'll be sorted no hassles.

go with telstra. you pay more but it's worth it not to have as many issues.

uni is hard work and it takes a lot of time management, self discipline and prioritising to do well. failing is usually a good motivator.
