I've bought a couple of phones from them in the past, no dramas.

BenQ XL2411T monitor, Krix Equinox speakers (powered by that tiny but surprisingly beefy t-amp) Corsair 500R, i7 2600k @ 4ghz, Z68X motherboard, 8gb of HyperX, 2 x EVGA GTX 680, Asus Xonar DX, Silverstone "Strider Plus" 1000w PSU, a SSD (for caching) and some HDDs, the usual stuff. :P

I've got BCs (V1s) on my GTIR and have no complaints after 18 months. (Much lighter car but they seem to be built well, aren't leaking or broken yet, ride is okay, etc)

If the leads are new I'd be checking they're seated on the top of the plugs and on the coils properly (click), failing that I'd check that the plug gaps are within spec, definitely sounds like an ignition issue anyway. From memory anywhere from a 1mm to 1.5mm gap should be fine.

The adjustable panhard rod can be set to re-centre the diff at the new ride-height. If you're not sure yourself, a wheel alligner / mechanic would probably do it for a couple of bucks.

It secures the air duct to the strut tower, you'll see it if you try to lift the pipe a little and look underneath. It does move around to some degree but as it's joined at each end with flexible rubber joints, it'll stay in place without it.

Just to add to the above posts: A simple way to grasp the concept of a stroker is this: Try undoing a tight bolt with a short spanner, if you have no luck with it you get a longer one for the extra leverage/torque, a stroker applies the same kind of principal to the output of your engine. :)
