Personally I would go for the Calais if both are within your price range.. I think the newer models have clearer distinctions between the two models (stereo wise/ interior lighting/ dual zone climate vs single zone) stuff like that... but they are pretty similar... I'd go for the calais...

I was suprised at how quickly they said it would be done as well... I think the lady at the insurance place said 15 working days :| I was expecting alot longer... I'm not sure how much the repairs are going to cost all up... I had a talk to the assessor but he wasnt very helpful at all...

Should be back in a vy by the end of june or july some time :D just wont be an SS, and will be missing a couple cylinders :p (might not be black either)

for vt - new key head is about 60, to program about 25 or so im guessing for a vs having 2 buttons it might be a little less id say around the 70 -80 mark for the new head and reprograming
