In case anyone is wondering, turned out to be spark plug gap, was told that on the old leads not as much resistance? So the problem became a lot more apparent with new leads. The gap was closed in (from 1.8ish) to around 1.3mm to compensate for potential wear of coils. Now runs fine!

Its proberly as simple as uploading the PDF's once downloaded, turn off java scripting in adobe reader.. then it blocks that sort of thing where after a certain time it stops u viewing it, would be one way to get around it, uni's library licensing only allowing items to be read for 48hours...

Starter motor, would be my guess mate, If it was your battery, it would not magically regain charge after 45mins.... Clicking (if you do a search) and then after a while starts is generally a starter motor, so have it tested before you waste your money on a new battery.
