Rear Park Assist Repair? ......................Also Replacing the Oils Sender switch?

You may be able to get to them without removing the rear bar. I have them on my VZ but I can't check right now. Pretty sure you can. Unclip the connector and refit from the outside. The hole has probably been enlarged now though. That will mean a trip to the plastic repair guy. I've never looked...

    VZ fuel filter direction?

I'm back. Since installing the new filter the mileage on the dash has gone from 12's to 15.5 or more. It won't budge any lower. What the hell happened? Been through 2 tanks since the change now. Thanks.

    VZ fuel filter direction?

Hi, This is a dumb one. I have replaced the fuel filter in my VZ and I think the filter may be around the wrong way. Which end does the "out" end go on? The filter is a Ryco BTW. The "T" piece end or the single line? I'm feeling like a right twat so go easy.

    Detailing Tips & Tricks....

Hi Scooter, mate those black Mercs were the best cars in the world to detail. The paint is rock hard and very tough. Seeing as 90% of mercs are Black :bang: you get used to them after a while. I work with a few makes now (HONDA,Nissan,KIA and Suzuki) and the Honda has the worst black paint of...

    VL Wagons.

Heres what I know. I bought a complete 5 speed wagon for $800. So not much. The diff is different. Mounting points are different to sedans. Tailshaft is the same. I have a sedan shaft at the moment in mine. About a dozen bolts and it's off. Very easy. Front suspension will fit. Same as...

Thanks guys. I'm a detailer so it helps. That dyno run was done with the factory exhaust manifold and a 2" exhaust system. It had a slipping auto too at the time. Timing was set to 25deg and BP Ultimate fuel. Motor was dead stock and had 370'000k's on it. The only real mod is my CAI and a K&N...

VL rb30 block to rb20 gearbox

I have a Skyline RB20 box in my VL rb30. The bellhousing is the same and will bolt up. You have to use a VL slave in a VL and they bolt up no probs. Don't forget to change the spigot bearing over as well. The manual shaft is smaller than the auto spigot is the wrong size. If you don't change it...
