When I went in to Holden I asked them to put the latest firmware into the IQ unit. All my radio presets etc were wiped. I don't know what the deal is anymore with upgrades to the unit. I think it has something to do with Apple, as it used to work.

I had a service today and asked them to update the Holden IQ. Guess what, still the same problem.

It does work for incoming calls, but you have to tap the 'transfer' button/icon on the IQ unit twice to hear the call.

Well I can confirm with firmware version D313, Bluetooth is still cactus! :(

I had my Holden IQ upgraded from D303 to D313. Holden didn't charge me for that upgrade. I'll have to test it out later with another phone to see if there has been any improvements with phone calls connecting. Overall the unit seems to run a bit smoother.

Update: Just had my car serviced and I got the 2016 maps! Version number is 8418.

I received an email saying the new maps are in. Car is in getting serviced today and getting the latest Holden IQ firmware installed (was D303). As for maps, I just got a phone call saying the new maps will be in around June! At present I have version 8319 of the maps.

Ah, you're the one selling them on eBay. I hope they are legit!

It was a reply from the post before yours. Fuses are important for a crank angle sensor too.

Yep I have checked all the fuses and all is good. Tomorrow I will check actual electrical connections.

I forgot to mention that it is a water to air intercooler. The Yella Terra web site is currently going through a facelift so there is not much there at the moment. I really doubt the fuel rails over the top of the blower would make that much difference, especially since I've tossed the cover...

the 10PSI pulley is a great mod that you really notice. You will need the pulley remover to put the original pulley back on. If you swap over a couple of times though (remove the hub to get the original pulley back on), the shaft will have a loose fit which could end up in disaster!

Holden will most likely tell you it won't fit (as they did to me) but I have seen a few people with them on. The VY already has studs for the brace but with the VX you'll have to put bolts in which means you have to drop the strut to gain access to the top of the strut tower. They are cheap...
