the damage you have might be just not quite enough for an insurance claim, however they are expensive and then the labour on top and any other minor damage would probably tip it over the edge.

yeah i figured just get a loom to get it back on the road and keep the old one and maybe repair it for a spare. supposedly under $100 for the loom and whatever for the pump.

good news, he's gotten a pump and new wiring loom looks like it will get sorted this arvo, i requested the old parts. Might have a look see at what i can see. I figure that loom can potentially be re-used he said that the burn is just like sooty or something so it'd clean off.

hey 'yall. took my S1 Redline in for a service, mechanic was tooling around resetting my service reminder the fuel pump supposedly **** itself. i have had zero mechanical issues with the car in the last four years then this happens??? what should i expect?
