well it was where it was bolted onto the starter. with 1 screw missing and 2 loose it wasn't straight so it was trying to do its job but just couldn't. Seems like when ever something goes wrong its always with starting it.. just my luck with cars. I'll never be reduced to owning a ford tho :p :D
