hey all.. just curious my belts need tightening and a sender is on its way out, ive been quoted a few prices up to $1300 to fix or replace with a reconditioned one, how much more then that am i looking at to do a manual conversion ?

oh oh oh ....i know this one .....i had the exact same problem , same noise... turns out i got a bunch of bushes to replace front and back of the car....best quote so far is $1100 to fix it. and 4 new tyres to boot.....actually... check the inside edge of all 4 tyres if they are going bald...

just had it checked out...its my transmission ...something about the belts in there need tightening

3" dont bother it'll cause a bucket load of problems my zorst guy told me, any exhaust place worth their salt will advise you against it.. i just got a 2.5" on my VT and it sounds great .. its loud but not loud enough to be getting pulled over 3" will get u pulled over all the time

its a broken hose :-) seriously..im not sure but i do suggest replacing it..it could very well be why ur smelling fuel...at least when u fix it if u still smell it u have crossed one thing of the list it could be
