I agree but they don't even put that much effort into making it look like it could be real. The old badges for example; that's just plain stupid. You'd think they'd try and do a really professional job with it considering that they are supossedly Australia's most prestigious car magazine...

I swapped mine out for an HSV unit a while back. I lost my cruise control function but apart from that it's great.

If the VF has nostrils i'll be pretty disappointed. Anyway...What i want to see is a revised interior, improved a-pillar and a revised front end. The 4 cylinder turbo engine is pretty big news for the Commodore. It will be interesting to see how much power it outputs. Can't really gauge too...

Okay i used the secret lever and it worked thankfully. The problem is that the electronic device that opens the latch when you push on the button is not opening it. It's still pulling on it because i can see it moving up and down when i push it but it isn't opening it.

That sounds like pain of the highest order. Can a human even fit through that little ski hatch thing? Thanks for the info though, i may just have to live without my boot for a while...

Hey guys, My bloody boot lid jammed tonight. I heard a weird sound when i last opened it and it's been jammed up ever since. Using the key or the button inside the glove box makes the boot "noise" but the thing won't budge. Any thought on how to fix this?

How much did you pick all this up for?

my sv6 had problem 1. I took it to my mechanic and he fabricated something to put between the pad (aftermarket) and the caliper (i think, something like that) to stop the squeaking. All good now. I think i have Problem number 3 as well...i thought it was just the fan . Holden quirk i think...

any before and after pics? thinking of doing this myself. is it just as easy to put it back on?

Those SSV badges are a huge improvement over the old red V in my opinion. I'd have to see what the car looked like with an AFM badge on it though...too many badges could look a little overdone.

Has the SV6 had it's spoiler slimmed down? It was the smaller of the two original spoilers to begin with... I'm pretty sure the SS uses a smaller spoiler as standard now too. Are they both the same now?

Yep the V8 Berlina has been discontinued. Only available used.

I know the Berlina sedan had a V8 option. Have been thinking about getting one myself.

I had that exact same problem a week ago mate. Unfortunately i was on a road trip interstate when it happened :( Had to get the RAA out to Woop Woop to get it cooled down. Then i had to turn back and and get a new cap from Holden. They said it was a fairly frequent occurrence... Got it...

Hey guys i need to remove my wheel center caps and was after some information on how to do it. Do i need to: Jack up the car Remove the wheel Pop out the cap from the rear ? Or is there another, simpler way to do it? Cheers.
