I have successfully installed a D31 optima in a VF sedan, Some bendingof the battery terminals is required to clear and the centre strap has to be longer. I have a DH6 now, its a perfect drop in solution. But if a D31 fits a D34 definitely will.

Most definitely need the Can module for the VF, If the Narva ones are anything like the JW Speaker LED's, they require both the resistive and CAN type modules in series to avoid the error coming up on the dash.

Put a address into the satnav, Turn off the car then back on. The warning should come up. I believe this is how it works. It will only show the warning if the unit loads the maps when turning on the car. This is how mine works anyway.

Fitted up a pair of SSV mufflers today. Looks 100000 times better than the stupid single 3" tips they put on the SV6 that fills only half the cutout (Thank you Villn808 for the mufflers :rofl2:) To my surprise they actually do change the exhaust note a fair bit. Its an awesome middle ground...

Has anyone put the J pipe/Marriage saver combo on a SV6? Basically all i want is twin tips for aesthetics reasons only. But if there's a chance to get a slightly better note out of it while getting the look I'm after why not. Or does the SV6 sound like ass with just rear muffler swap??
