hey man, had the same problem on my vs. I glued little bits of rubber (bit thicker than a bicycle tube) with superglue under the handle where the two solid bits of metal touch and vibrate together. its been on there for around 8 months and still no rattle and vibrations.

yes, with the ignition on, that should be the high speed fan but nothing goes. the fan comes on when the a/c is turned on so i know they are working.
