    Well as the BCM is different the body wiring will be different, so you could either change the loom which would solve all your problems or re-pin your current loom as needed and add in the extra wires.     Dont worry about the bypass wiring just rremove it as for the egr wiring just dont use it. Yeah the l67 sensors are 3 or 4 wire you can just use the 2 wire sesnor from your orginal motor.

    What he said, you can buy the cable for under $100 and get the the supercharged bin file from pcmhacking for the supercharged motor, installing the bin file is under a 5min job once you have the gear.

    There are a few ways to go about it but its not that easy unless you have the software that allows you to do it. Where are you located?? if no one near you has the software you might need to post your cluster to someone like Tazzi

    The snout it self will not change anything but the pulley you fit will what determines if you need a tune. The 87mm pulley will be fine but will likely make the same boost as the FIT 10 psi one you have now.

    No on the VY there is 2 holes on the back of the wheel where you put a flat blade screw driver and twist it about 1/4 to half a turn an you will feel it click/pop off a bit Do one side at a time you will feel wen the clips let go

    Yes it does come with a cai but its crap and needs to be up graded or even some extra holes and duct feeding it will help

    Yep that's the one, has a single hose going to it, it sounds like it could also be the controls not sending the vac to the pod thing, to test mine I removed the AC controls and used a manual hand held vac pump and tested each hose to see what one didn't hold a vac.

    It will go straight in and all the windows in the cluster will work fine. but thing like the motor, air bags, gear box type, fuel tank size might need to be changed. The cluster also stores the vin of the car so it is possible to tell if it has been changed, this will cause no operating issues...

    ss, hsv. Just check the tag on the diff it will say ratio and lsd. The ones that say high performance are not a lsd diff. A lsd diff can be had cor anywhere from 200 to 1000 on ebay.

    This cool mate.. The stock reg should be fine for you I have seen them used with very small pulleys and A2A coolers. The best turner in the country for tuning the L67 motor recommends the stock reg and hates the after market ones. Yeah they have there place I guess if you need larger fuel lines...

    The M90 normally will need the coupler replaced, quite a easy job you can get a stock one or mace, zzp and others have aftermarket ones, you will also need new oil for the charger.
