My issue came back after a cam change and I finally found what it was...... there is an earth beside the RFA box which had come loose and the earth wire was just bouncing around. Probably caused by sub vibrations in the boot. Tightened it fixed.

I'll check it out...... I doubt the modules are screw'd. Maybe just a fuse, knowing my luck it'll be a wiring issue........

Why would anyone want a web browser on a stereo in their car? Like seriously, buy an iPhone. And the IQ is cheaper if you workout how to do it yourself. Aftermarket makes it cheap and tacky was all my point was.

Why didn't you just retro fit a IQ system? .... Least it would be genuine stuff.

I'd be cleaning it off by hand myself......... flush all the oil out and see if you can pack some sort of cleaner in to replace the oil and give it a run through......... I presume it starts? Could always ask a mechanic for some idea's. But there are plenty of oil additives no doubt to break...

Why not just fit a transmission cooler and cool it a day. Most have them already. My SS came stock with one, I removed it after I fitted my ramjet and it was undriveable the transmission overheated all the time. So I just fitted a newer one lower down and problem solved temps are always well...
