    It took me a couple of hours & a modified spanner to get mine out, was on the point of cutting myself. I cut a section out of a ring spanner to get it over the pipe. 5/8 I think. I rented a trans jack from the local gear hire place, $35 for the day

    VS Ecotec belt tensioner.

    Did mine last week. $85 for the kit from global which included o rings for the coolant pipes. took 3/4 hr. O rings go on the ends of the 2 pipes you have to remove to get the tensioner out. shocking design.

    The Gregorys has instructions for making the tool to hold the harmonic balance ,if you've got the gear to do it.

    Lash out on a gregorys or a haynes manual if your gunna DIY. They wont tell u everything but they'll give you the basics. you can make a brace for the harmonic balancer but your gunna need a puller. a cheepy fron supa chep will do it.

    I've got the same one you pictured. The long bit goes under the carpet in the boot, Drill holes to suit. The tow bar part goes under the car where the holes come out. Mind the fuel tank. You should have a couple of spacers for the long bolts at the back to go through the rear chassis.

    Thanks. Yes. The 6hdd has smaller cooler lines/coupler than the 7hdd, I'm hoping the connection with the gearcase is the same size.

    Did a long drive recently, the auto is now taking too long to change, dosnt change down properly at speed & doesn't seem to lock the Torque converter at speed. Had the oil & filter changed but not much better. Any suggestions???????????
