    The odo is pretty much separate to the speedo needle, the odo is a physical drive but the needle is spring loaded to 0 and the cable spins a magnet and trys to pull the needle around against spring pressure. Id say the spring has broken and jammed the needle up.

    When they get low on gas they will fail to blow cool air on really hot days but still cut the compressor in, try it again at night with it on a lower fan speed and if it works its probably just low on gas.

    Quite possible, its done 190k and original by the looks. Hopefully it not being exposed to so much under bonnet heat will help it. I cant remember if the module make much heat themselves, they have cooling fins so must make a bit.

    Yeah possible, personally id look into a truetrac center but they are a bit expensive. They work a lot better and last longer then the factory cone type LSD.

    Crewmans and Tonners had diff problems, machining swarf was not cleaned out and putting metal into the bearings. Most got done under warranty. Fuel gauge is probably sender, fuel gauges in them aren't very accurate when working either.
