hi guys, have a vs calais and sometimes when the aircon/heater is on the vents for the face cut out and only the floor ones work.....im not sure if the vs calais uses vacume lines to control this, any help would be greatly appreciated

dad broke the red things on both motors i had my old and new. the red bits that have 2 vacume pipes going to them and to the dizzy and inlet manifold i think it was. does the engine need this all working to run, if so can someone help with a diagram possibly of from a book? thanks Peter

he im just wondering how many k's you should get out of a tank of fuel in a vk.........and a gas tank if anyone knows....my car is duel fuel and im running it on gas to save money, but i dont nkow how many k's a vk normaly gets

hi, my left windows on my vk the wires have fallen off or something and i dont nkow how 2 fix them, i tried 2 fix the back window it stays up and u cant push it down now, and the front one u have to help the front of it wind up but the back is fine any help much appreciated

hmm, it sounds like something is stuffed as a auto shouldent stall, if an auto stalls generaly means theres something wrong with it.

hi all, i have just purchased a vk last night, but the heater fan wont go on i think there may be a broken wire im hoping not, and the vacume hoses....i dont nkow which to put where :S...any help with a diagram possible? thanx

you should be able to get a vr berlina for around that price (electric windows).........i just got a vr calais not long ago, very vice car.hope you all the best car hunting

on my vs i just earthed it on the chasis, and put the positive to the parker light lol........was a bit dodgy but worked...........still does maybee.........who knows i wrote the car off but it was repairable so yeh lol

all i can suggest is the best thing to do is go see a auto elec.....if that doesnt fix it well ill be damed

im getting the same thought from my vr calais i got last wedensday, the fuel ecconomy at the moment seems very bad for how much is left in the tank comparing to how far ive traveled........can someone please backup us and help out what there same cars average thanks :)

thanks for all the help, just commodores is the best site, all the info i needed :D, how 2 take my console apart and the wiring color codes so i didnt need to spend hours working out what they were. Cheers Peter

how do i remove the surrounding plastic ect around from the headunit to put my alpine one in........just purchased the car today and the stock radio hasnt got the code so i have nothing atm.........any help greatly appreciated :)
