now Holden are telling me they probably need to do the head gaskets as well... but my regular mechanic (also a holden mechanic) says the bottom of the ecotec is bullet proof and he and his foreman have NEVER heard of one needing head gaskets.. Im so confused.

anyways.. took it to holden and they have diagnosed cracked manifold gasket and its getting changed as I type... everything else that 3 mechanics have checked is A-OK

OH.... it did come up with an irregular spark pulse on No. 6 (diagnosed by timing light flashing irregularly)

Hi, Found this place and am hoping you can help. I have a 1999 VT Executive Series 1... bout 176k on the clock.. all standard and running on LPG and ULP... Other nite on the way home from work.. car was running fine until I was almost home then it started this huge vibration through...
