If your air bag light is on there is nothing you can do about it your self. You will need to take it to holden and have them check it and clear the fault. last time i ask them it was about $125 for them to do this...........and no the airbags wont go off if your in a smash............sorry...

Hi. I have the same prob with my vt wagon to. have taken it to a number of auto places 1 said it needs a service (done that) 1 said its the gearbox (dont think so) The funny thing is I find that when its been raining and been driving in it, It dont do it. so i'm thinking it's an elec fault...

Could also be 1 of the front hubs check the wires from them might be loose Just a thought:idea3:

Dosen't sound like a fuel Problem, being that the trac light comes on i would check the sensers on the rear axel (might be loose or broken wire). sounds like the comp thinks your spinning ya wheels when ya not. Just a thought......... :idea3:
