I had to take the steering rack out on mine. You only need 1 o2 extension loom, left hand side iirc

i would try a different dealer, if the engine warning light has come on it should of stored a fault code in the memory. Its always the way, get the car to the dealer and its miraculously fixed its self just long enough to make you look silly.. I wonder if its dropping a cylinder from a faulty...

Pretty sure you can opt to disable the ESC permanently when tuning the VE.. I was asked if i wanted it disabled when i had mine tuned, i declined and my ESC still works fine with the OTR and mafless tune. Have you spoken to your tuner?

i had mine fitted for well over a month before i got a tune and i didnt get any codes at all.

Mafless looking at that. I dont see why you couldnt modify it so you can fit the MAF inline between the TB and CAI if you are wanting to keep the MAF

go in to the service menu, not the customise options menu. you can de-activate the digi speedo there.

if you get 4 fronts you should be alright, the original VE rims are staggered with 275's on the rear

is it up to date with services and using the correct oil? it could be a blocked oil pick up maybe? Id go get it compression tested if its still making the correct psi per cylinder i dont see what you would gain from a full rebuild, might just need new lifters? Have you had it to a technician to...

Re-build yours that way you know what your getting and whats inside it. Perfect time to make some mods if thats what floats your goat. What exactly is your engine doing to make you say i needs a rebuild? has it lost power?

id go the 3" thats what ive got, wouldnt the mods you mention negate the warrantee anyway?
