I have a OBDII worked well with clearing fault codes on my old Jeep but can't even read the stato engine light. Which only come on after cleaning the engine bay. doesn't affect it though. Wouldn't mind seeing if there is something better myself.

I don't think I recall finding a actual fuse not even in the car ? Besides the High and low relays which tested ok.

Yeah belts can make the same noise, had this issue not long ago. My last Ls1 did it, changed the idler pully and it was fine. this time I did the same and noise was still there. put a new belt on and noise was gone.

What mobi phone you got? If android get urself a OBDII Bluetooth dongle off eBay. Download the app and you can check and reset codes from your phone. Also helps when there is an Error. Save u some paying others too tell you what's going on.
