yes . 235-40 r18 will fit fine- 245-45 dont think will hit the strut but will hit ur gaurd liner at full lock.. i got a vy storm on ssl/sssl, but think ur rears gaurds will need rolling. how low are you?

take it to an exhust shop? they should heat up the pipe and then jack it up to mould it higher- mate had this done for the same reason ur looking at it and cost him $100
