Hi, I have a l98 with 3" full exhaust and was wondering once i tune the vehicle, does it change the sound alittle or is it possible to tune it too vary the sound abit? No hater comments please!!

If you changed your cats, its picking up more flow through the cats. The mechanic can remove the code if he has a scanner but it will come back again, if you ever tune your car they can remove that code so it never pops up again

Id say change the filter to K&N and drill or put another hole in the snorkel bottom side, from my opinion it would not do too much change so dont wast your money

no sorry mate im taking the black strips off my sv6 and putting them on my ssv

I found out that the thermostat which when you remove it drains the entire motor coolant but then you need to replace the gasket from it which costs afew bucks! lol thanks anyway fellas.

Thanks lads but my question is still not answered, i know about the radiator drain but what about the engline block drain? if it does not have one what other way is there to flush out ALL of the existing coolant and re filling it?

there has to be the capacity is 11L i drained the radiator and that was about 6.5L

yeah they had the tabs on the inside of the bumper when i went to fix it and put it in the right way, but when you look at the grill from the bottom you can see the tabs which a 75% out of the slots but on my other car there completely in.

i own an sv6, Im not taking the piss but personally i think you should reconsider about getting a exhaust on it, it will have a bad note to it and not move at all.

Id say check the tyre brand you have purchased and also i keep my rear tyres on 33 i find it on 35+ the centers will wear out quite fast, and vise versa if its too low it will wear out the exterior sides of the tyres

Replace your speakers on the doors but it wont be much louder because your stock deck isnt powerful enough to run bigger speakers, i suggest you look into getting a amp for the door speakers.
