well my hand brake is pretty ####ed. it doesnt engage when u lift the lever and even when u pull it up as hard as u can. i have just been lifting it over and over untill it does engage. also the button on the lever doesnt pop back out what is causing this problem and do i fix just by adjusting ????

this thread is great :) i know have heaps more stuff to do to help my vs run smoothly :} i do have a question though. it has been misfiring quite a bit especially when you floor it. i am goin to change the spark plugs and spark plug leads will this reduce the misfiring if not what else can i do...

probs a stupid question but i got my first car 97 commodore station wagon and i checked the fuses it doesn't have any of the fuses for ABS was the Abs a stock feature when it was released or was it an after market accessory? just wondering :P

allright i am changing the tensioner now i have mangaged to get the pulley off but not sure on how to remove the spring loaded section. i removed the belt and the tensioner moved up i need some advice please ur help will be muchly appreciated :)

allright guys just got yself a 97 commodore and the tensioner is running on an angle but the bracket does seem to be fine. iwas just wondering after i replace it will the tension for the pulley be correct or is there someway to adjust it? if u have to adjust it how do u do it?
