Same with me, took her into the boys at VCM to check my installation, turned out she was running a little lean at idle and the tweaked the mix for me. This might be a common issue with the L77 Engine - I too was running E85 at the time. No problems since the tweak.

apparently the breather pipe needs to be re-run under all other pipes over the throttle, I didnt bother, I just went to Supercheap and bought some rubber tube, cut 3 inches of it, and made up the gap using the tube.

Thats strange, my 2011 Redline Ute when driving around town I notice AFM cutting in and out at speeds between 40-70km as well as constant 80km and 100km HWY speeds...
