Yes, the fog lights and bezels will fit straight in to your bumper bar, as Omega and Berlina are same front bars - and Berlina fog lights standard from factory. I'll answer your next question before you ask it: Do they wire up easy, like as if they were optioned from factory?" Short Answer...

MY06-09 Berlina and Omega's had LE0 engines MY09.5 Berlina and Omega's had LY7 engines. (detuned to 180kw) MY10-onward had SIDI's, various different engine model codes (CBF looking up as that wasn't your question :))

To confirm you're not comparing apples with oranges? 1. are both wagons 3.6L, as omegas/internationals and berlina's were 3.0L SIDI's as of Sept 2009 (does the international have 2 rear mufflers with single non-chrome tip?) 2. how many kms on both cars? maybe check rego papers or build plate...
