Thanks mate :) Engine covers are definitely already back on, only took them off so I could clean them and the engine properly. I like how it looks better with the engine covers on. Will take more photos of how it looks soon!

UPDATE: Please check the first post on this thread as I have updated with work that has been done. Haven't posted on this thread for a while and you were probably thinking that this thread wasn't going anywhere. Well I have been slowly getting things done and this is where she's at now :)...

By the way, I have now replaced the electric antenna with a brand new one, and have replaced a couple of other minor things that were damaged. All genuine parts used of course :)

Hey guys, I have a 2005 VZ Calais V8 and the low fuel warning has not come on since I have owned the car (about 3-4 weeks) the gauge seems to be working fine and even the "fuel used" said 60 litres and it took 60 litres when I filled it up. It said 47kms to empty but no matter how low it goes...

I went to a Holden dealer today who said that can't do it. So I went to another one even further away and they said they can do it, they don't want to do it but they will, and that it takes an hour and it will cost me $125. So I'm not sure what I should do

No not at all, just have to pull the headunit apart and solder 6 wires to the PCB. For it to work you have to have the radio on FM or AM, and then flick a switch that cuts out the audio for the radio and plays the audio from the iPpd instead. If you play a CD then the will override iPod audio.
