Checked fuses been over it all the only thing i have not done is thrown a meter on the plug or checked to see if someone hasn't messed with the wiring

Have been looking at a friends daughters vy it has an abs fault on the dash.. She only just got the car. I have tried my tech 2 and 3 other readers and i can get no coms from the obd port at all.
