Hi PPl urgently seeking help my VX died it has no spark.. took it holden said that fault codes come from Cranks anngle sensor and DFI module... replaced Both with Brand New Ones and now check to see spark and still no luck.. whats next is there fuses i can check or anyother tests i can do...

i have a series 1 vn which dosent need a puller but how do i remove it i took of the belt and with a socket try and remoce the pulley but is spins with the socket so how do i stop it without doing any damage

im havingg the same problem with mine. im also doing some tests. is there anything i can do do test wether it the module or the coils like for example seeing where the current stops (break in the circurt) or any readings i can take using the voltmetre thing

no there not just the stickers they are bout5mm thik and cover the wheel brerring

i found the problem the black thing that pokes out of the tranducerhas snapped off in the cog which is in the gearbox job dosent look to hard to do but how much will it be for parts if anyone noes

cheers i tried your drill method and it worked the needle moves well so that means that the thing inside the g/b is not movin or not connecting wiht ehtranducer

im in perth. are u tryins to say that the little square thing in the sensor spins which send impulse to the instrument cluster. and if i atach a drill to it it should make the neddle move

the speedo does not move either does the numbers.

i found out that it is a speed sensor. mine on my car was supposibly rooted i changed it and the sppedo still dosent work i have tried everthing im getting power to the terminal where tocluster plugs into. could the problem be inside the gearbox or does it have nuttin to do with the speedo in there

na no change any other suggestions. i checked with a test light at the end of the cable where the tranucer plugs into no light come on. would the fuse be the most likley caseu and would i then have to follow the wire
