ok cool thanks guys. i did find the conversion in google but none answered the other question i had in my post about the flywheel bolting up. as ive been told the crankshaft is different some how. but ill look into a shift kit anyway as i do love my car haha. thanks again guys

hey all. as the heading states. i want to convert my vt v6 to manual. i was told that the crank shaft in auto and manual vt's are different and the fly wheel woulnt bolt up to the original auto motor. is this true? and what is involved/parts list in doing the conversion? any help and advice...

hey all... like the title says i need to remove the tank and fuel pump as it **** itself 2 hours from home.... how do i remove the tank? and then the fuel pump? on very limited cash so i cant buy a manual on how to do it..... sorry if this has been covered....

hey mate.... yeah the terminals are tight... yes i can hear the fuel pump.... never had a problem starting the car in the past as well as all the stops yesterday... i alson checked all fuses and relays.... ill try a jump start and see what happens.... cheers for the reply bro

hey all. been told i gotta replace the top strut bearings on both sides in my 98 ex police vt. the part is cheap but is it hard to do? could someone that knows how to do this work give me step by step instructions on how to do it please??? thanks heaps guys

They dont turn off when the door has been opened. Ive checked thr owners manual too. Tried to reset the time delay but they stay on.. I just wont use the c*#ts of things lol

Just went and checked it out... The lights still stay on and no bells or whistles to tell me that but the interior light turns on/off when prompted... I can hear a clicking behind the fuses when the interior light comes on/off..... Dont have a clue whats going on... Previous owner said it was...

No I dont belive it is... I did find paper work saying it is but it doesnt have bt1 at all.... Where do I find the bcm? Is that behind the kick panel on the passenger side?

Yes the light comes on.. I was told its the headlight relay but the lights work... Just dont turn off by them selves

ahh ok..... i just ran the hoses back to it to see what happens.... the tap looks pretty new... hoping its not the core haha

ok so i just checked the heater tap. an the 2 hoses that run from the engine to the tap are NOT connected to the tap. they are clamped to eachother making a loop (if that makes sense). so im guessing thats the problem????
