i just changed the coil pak over to a series 2 . i took the old one and showed the mechanic he rekons yeah it was suffed however i changed everything over and still no spark so now i am thingking the crank angle sensor. can i check this is working using a multimeter or testlight or any other...

so if i have power to wiring harness does this mean my crank angle sensor is ok

using a test light i found that there is power to the coilpak is there anyother test i can do i dont want to change it if its wrong, is there anything else that could result in no spark.

i conducted a few tests and am pretty sure is the dfi module, i opened it up and i think its melted there is some sort of gluey substance that is all over the shop covering everything is this how it supposed to be or is it rooo***

jsut been on ebay and u can pik up cheap cat converters up for like 50 bucks (in the US) they arent direct bolton but could welding new flages on it make it fit and will it work even tho its made for differnt a car
