If I was any lower than superlow I would barely be able to drive the car. As it is I scrape on anything steep, my tires scrub if I go over a bump with people in the back, and there are plenty of shopping center car parks that are definately off limits (speed bumps). I reckon supers look "right"...

I'd go with the Jaycar range - I have 6*9s, 6.5 splits up front, and one of their 4*50w amps. You could go a bigger amp, but that system goes louder than I can tolerate while sitting in the car. It hasn't been to full volume, ever. The quality of Precision Response is awesome for the price.
