Becouse of the paint damage the primer fills it .Buy you doing it this way you make it smooth; after it is sanded. The black you put on tells you any low spots.Which can then be filled with quick stop putty.

It looks like the door is ok sand in 240 sand paper.Then 2pak primer 3 coats. Put a guide coat.[flat black i use.]. Sand down with a blok 800 sand paper till guide coat is gone. Try not to rub thow the primer''. then reguide coat it and rub it down with 400 sandpaper. Then 3 coats of base coat...

If the wheels are good scuff with a scaura pad. if not then use 800' sandpaper then use wax and grease remover.put on with 1 rag and wipe off with other. 2pak undercoat and matblack if u have a compresser and spray gun. hope this helps

It was running very sick, it need the tune very badly. Only headers no mods. If i camed it i will get over 400" but i will be getting cold intake. That will put 15kw more on it.

I just had my thunder dynotuned by finetune performance in syd. It was so bad it was 185 kw" naw it is 387.3 hp. But i need to replace the o2s on the right hand side. And the old cats where blocked.So thay need to be done to. My fuel is cut in half, So much better :yahoo:

hi just wont to know if $990 is good for a dyno on my 6lt thay are turning off all the o2 sen and tunning the headers in and new plugs sas at silverwater are doing the job

my fuel is thow the roof. I have replace the o2 sensor but it comes up as a checkdrivetrain haw do u turn them off. i have headers and hi flows on my avg fuel is 19 lt per 100 km 6lt thunder 6sp:rofl2:

i have a ss and did this. i used the same plug you have. only when i stop and take key out and open drivers door it stops working same with cig ligther

i would trace the wires from the tail lights to the foot brake pedal to see if u have any broken wires that may be touching eh other or bad earth.
