All fixed, I put the seal into the freezer over night while i enjoyed a few drinks to de stress and it taped straight in with a socket this morning

I have just removed the old seal and for the life in me I cannot get the new seal to go up into the hole, I've done a few of these things and never had this problem before. I have tried to use a socket the same size but it just wont go in, I'm very confused Any tips

off the shelf tunes are a waste of time, tune via logging and get the most out of "your" engine via a custom tune It might be an old thread but if people don't look through the old threads then people complain about people not using the "search" option........

The 1 is the best way to go, I got him to tune my vs II v6 and the improvement is VERY noticeable, I also put in some VT injectors (much quieter and better flow rate) he sells a package tune for it as the VT injectors are slightly different than the VS Best cash I have spent

considering I only drive a few K's a day for work so the car doesn't even really warm up (i let it idle for 5-10 mins before leaving) I can only hope to get 400 K's from a tank, any more than that is really good, I know that if I'm out cruising on the highway I will get much better.

Hey Jakeee1235 I would highly recommend you grab a aldl cable like The1 put the links up in the beginning of this thread, do you have a laptop?

you should talk to The1 as he will customise a tune for you, I have nothing against Mace but from the tune I had from them it was an old tune, The one I got from The1 has all the updates and is adjusted to my engine via data logging.

I had the same issue with my V6 trans, the over drive clutch was fried, try cleaning the "lock-up solenoid" they have a small filter on the end, it could be stopping it from giving full pressure on the clutch. make sure the trans fluid is in good clean condition here is a link to a thread...
