vn front strut has oil in it

No, OEM were oil filled, new ones are sealed replacement units so no oil required. Make sure you put lock-tight on the packing nut which holds the shock down into the strut assembly.

    [VIC] Car on Car Trailer

Registering a car, in VIC, requires for it to be roadworthy at all times. If it is not roadworthy, it cannont be driven on the roads at all or with the restrictions put forth by a defect notice or temporary permit. Just because its on a trailer, in your garage or sitting on the moon, the car is...

Tubular Steel Frame - What Welder

Why are you using chromoly tubing for an offraod buggy? Would have thought it wouldn't be strong enough to take the abuse its likely to cop. I was planning something similar but with mild steel tubing and that means you can use pretty much anything to put it together - mig, arc watever. aZk.

    Replacing a Fuel Pump

I bought a 1994 Vr Commodore just recently, a gas tank has been put into the car but as soon as we drove it home it was empty. Good for you. The car won't start and the ex owner disconnected the fuel pump. I have no idea how to gain access to the fuel tank to get to the fuel pump. That is a...

Becuase the resolution would be **** house - not to mention a good PC monitor will have a substationally higher refresh rate and usually colour portfolio too. I'd check your GFX card and OS can support 3 monitors first too. aZk.

    304 fuel system upgrade

Read a thread recently where the bloke put the surge tank on the inside of the guard, next to the filler pipe behind the rear wheel. Was a very tidy setup and there was a 044 mounted there as well. Thats pretty stealthy there and would hold 2 ltrs. aZk.

Vic Pol reintroducing aerial speed detection

Normally I would probably agree with this however the costs assocaited with running a helicopter to perform these tasks have to come from somewhere. Innocent woman killed in police pursuit
