if i close it, then so be it, the thread will be closed. once again, it wont be open to discusion, complaints yada yada yada

at the end of each month it will be closed, and a new one open up, (mabey, will see how it works)

if people dont wanna see this sub-forum then simple rule, dont look at it. keep out if you dont wanna see it.
and dont bother reporting anything from it if you dont use it.
