got a question what starter motor would i need if i done the conversion kit do u know any part number for the starter motor, i have a vs and im having troubles with a starter

AussiePride - you need a Delco Remy starter moter, the VN series one? I think runs these or is it the VP series one, whicher one it is has them for auto and manual.

DJDanielB I have bought this off of westbad allready.

do a forums search on "delco remy"

Everything needed to convert a auto to manual.

Will fit VN series 1 all the way up to VS, Can supply it with a 6 bolt flywheel to fit VN series 1 or with the Flywheel and a Castlemaine rod shop conversion plate for $100 extra to make it fit VN series 2, VP, VR or VS. The plate cost $300 from CRS.

$500 for full conversion kit
or $600 with CRS conversion plate to fit VP VR VS

Or alternatively to the conversion plate you can try and find a rare 8 bolt VP-VR-VS flywheel if you want this to fit VP VR VS
