OTHER INFO:

Ok. My beloved VP has been retired due to my missus needing a newer, bigger wagon to ferry the kids, pram, shopping around and the vp just wasn't cutting it anymore. Plus I've owned it since 1998 and it was time to move on.

Good bits:

- Full Respray in 2006 in orig dove grey colour. New chome mouldings, 3.8 badges, clear side indicators.
- 17" Calais Internationals in VERY GOOD condition with chome nuts and center caps. Only one wheel has slight gutter rash.
- Stereo. Alpine CDA-9833, Boston Acoustics SL60 components - speakers in custom pods on doors tweets in dash, Vibe Blackbox II (2x100wrms) in boot, Alpine Type-R 12 inch sub in custom made sealed box firing in cab through ski port - No sub amp. Stinger RCA's.
- Window tint
- Lowered on King lows.
- Motor is still strong. Blows no smoke, starts first time every time, doesn't use a drop of oil. All new gaskets and rubbers only 6 weeks ago, can show receipts. Radiator serviced at the same time.
- I have owned this car since 1998 when is had 124,000 on the clock. Has been a very reliable car, never left me stranded, never required any major work other then general servicing and wear and tear.

Bad bits:

- Sagging roof lining
- Speed works only when it wants too.
- Odometer doesn't work
- Passenger side front electric window need new arm thingos that lift it up.
- Broken boot springs - Comes with "Action Sports" cricket bat to hold it up
- Need wheel alignment and two front tyres.
- Need new headlight switch.
- Need new p/s rack boots.

Could be easily be made road worthy again by addressing the things mentioned above. I'm also open to wrecking the car, but would like to see it go to another home. I won't sell the wheels only at this stage. Pics to come in the next few days.

PICTURES: Coming soon.

how much for internationals, how much tread?

two tyres around 70%, other two good tread but have been scrubbing due to bad wheel alignment so are no good for roadworthy,

at this stage I'm not keen to split the car up just yet, but would sell the inters at the right price. I'll try and get some detailed photos up.

more pics added.

A couple of people have queried the price I'm asking.

Basically, I can easily cover the $1300 I'm looking for if i part it out.

I'm pretty much putting most of the value in the internationals and the stereo. The wheels are better then average and the stereo is all good gear.

I will sell the car on the orig 15 inch rims with roadworthy tyres - minus the internationals and stereo for $400, if anyone is interested in that.

OK.

Stereo is gone.

Will sell internationals seperately or with the car.

Will take $900 for the car as is, with the internationals, but no stereo. I'll throw in 4, 6inch pioneer speakers I have here, but no headunit.

Will sell the car minus the internationals on roadworthy tyres and original rims for $300.
