Re-Size Images

dont know if this has been brought up before. but can we make it so all pictures that are added from sites like photobucket are re-sized.

reasons.
- i hate when i have to scroll across the screen to see whats someones written.
- id prefer to open picture in a new tab/window to see in full size.
- makes page look alot cleaner

thats all i can think of.
