Posted numerous for sale threads, not one has appeared

I've posted a few the last couple of months and not one has appeared in the for sale section, I know the moderators have to approve it but why haven't mine appeared?
I've followed all guidelines.

Obviously if they haven't appeared then you must have done it incorrectly. Double check, have a look over the rules and make sure you have done it properly.

i can see one thread deleted, as it didnt follow the template, others are aproved. try looking at other peoples threads to get an idea on how to do it.
