A bit disappointed

I am new to this forum and Commodoores for that matter.
I was a regular on Ford mods forum when I had probloms and information to share with my Ford
and that forum seems to be alot more helpful and friendly.
Hopefuly I have just had a bad run with questions I have acked
Hope for more luck in the future

PS Street Commodoores Forum is worse though I have had NO replies from them

you dont need to make 2 threads on the same subject. im guessing you posted in the wrong section, in which case, use the little triangle button at the bottom of your post and report it. one of us mods can then move/delete it for you

have some patience, sometimes threads get missed, and people dont see them for a while. threads tend to get buried on second pages if certain areas are buzzing with posts at the time.

search the forum, look through the how-to section. im sure theres a howto for installing power windows into vn-vs models somewhere in there

all the threads you have started have been asked many times on this forum, have a look around, and read a lot, will answer many questions without having to wait for replies.


i'll just say you certainly have had NO bad runs with your questions, you just havent had many replies. definitely not bad at all.

I'm looking through the threads you have started and failing to see the issue.

People are giving you advice where they can, and have not giving advice if they don't have it to give.

Patience mate, if someone has the knowledge to answer your questions, they will.

You'll probably also find more activity on weekends rather than weekdays when people are working.

also remember to thank people for their help. i've looked at all your posts and you haven't thanked anyone for their input. when i give information a few times and that person doesn't even acknowledge the help, i usually don't bother answering their questions in the future.

One would expect the problem section of a Ford forum to be highly active for obvious reasons.

Holdens are reliable so users here pay more attention to and frequent the pub
