editing my profile

hey guys how do I change my display picture (avatar) and my signature left at the bottom of each post. it seems the site has changed since I last tried to change them

Ok, so at the top of this page click on the "forums actions" and then once you see the drop box click on "edit profile". It will navigate to another page. On the next page you will see the options your after on the LEFT under "my settings".
