picture uploads

hi all have tried taking pictures with 2 different cameras ipod and 3 different phones yet it is still saying invalid picture, Any help greatly appreciated?

What format are you saving the pics as? Also what size are the pics? It's not the method you use to take the pics that would be the issue. Have you tried saving them to photobucket (or similar) and uploading from there?
