Forum Down Most Of The Time

i have a question about forum .. most of the time i go to access it i get page cannot be displayed error any ideas???

How often does this occur, surely you wouldn't be unlucky enough to get it everytime a reboot has taken place.

When you get these page cannot be displayed messages are you still able to ping the site or do a tracert to see where the problems lies?

I would be thinking at this stage it would more than likely be a DNS issue with your provider or their data carrier.

Never had a prob using live chat. In there now. Maybe it's your browser settings.

i get the same problem. i only get it from one of two computers i access the net from tho.

i get the same problem but have 3 computers here and when i cant get on nor can any of the others i boiled it down to my isp dodo broadband
sometimes it can take me to the main page and live chat but thats it
when this is happening i can access any other web page i choose even forum based but not jc for some reason hasent happened for about 2 weeks tho so heres hoping it dont happen again

its not my browser settings ..i suspect its my firewall settings .. ive changed a couple and ill just wait and see wat happens.... thanks for the responses guys

i don't think it's a firewall thing, becuase i can get in sometimes and not others with the same computer.

I can't really explain why this is happening, I guess if you can bare with it for the time being until we move across to vB that would be very muchly appreciated. If it still happens on the new forum I would be very suprised.

If so, well we'll take it from there.

I believe the site is going to be another week or so at this stage perhaps a touch longer, I must say the new looks is awesome going by what I have seen and the feedback so far.
