New Moderators

Well we've all had a pretty rotten time recently and it's time to move on.

We can't hold back and dwell on what's happened in the past so let get started by injecting some fresh blood into the team. As promised 2 Junior moderator positions have become available and we want you as the members to choose this time round for something different.

A few ground rules but nothing difficult by any means.

What is required?

• Edit, move, delete posts where neccessary to keep the peace amongst the ever growing member list.
  
• Someone that can easily relate to other members whether they be male, female or somewhere inbetween and most importantly has appreciation of their views, that means if you can't keep your opinion to yourself from time to time or have troubles with authority figures or negotiation this probably isn't for you.
  
• Someone who is available most times of the week and not afraid to speak their mind about currently happenings, things they are worried about, how things could be better etc. You may call it a review every few weeks just to ensure everyone is happy.
  
  We also understand everyone has day jobs or night jobs depending on who you are which can make it hard although we are more than happy to be flxible.
  
• Bringing new idea's into the site, where would we honestly be without new / fresh idea's, a lot don't happen, then again other idea's stand out from the crowd and are acted upon priority.

From this point forward it's a simple case of putting together who you think should be a mod and a brief description on why as this helps come voting time, from there we will correlate a list of possible's in a poll and everyone can vote as they deem appropriate. If you so wish you may nominate yourself.

As some of you may have gathered we are under staffed and would love to get it over and done with inside a week all going well so I guess from today through to Wednesday add any names you wish, at which point Wednesday after a list will be made and final voting may begin.

Those to be exempt and will not come into any of this are those who are currently moderators *obviously* or one's that have been involved in the recent mile long slanging thread.

He is like the little engine that could. Always willing to try and give a hand. Has worked his way up thru his post count all based on asking questions or giving advice rather then talking dribble like most.
He is on fairly frequently during the day.
As is shown in these threads:

Just a small selection.
Has modified aspects of his car, rather then having it stock so is able to technically relate and reply to peoples threads.

From previous discussions in the admin/mod section I am pretty sure any mod position will be for someone to moderate the whole forum not just separate forums. So I think if you wish to be a mod you will have to devote your time to the whole forum not just the VR/VS section.

I don't have a problem with that, It's just that since I own a VS I tend to check out that place more often, but I read all the forums since I love every commodore.

Also I think Minux would be good as a mod. He pretty much speaks for himself, always helpful.

You cant rule a person out because you had one run in with them. If that was the case half of the mods would have become one.

i vote for lish. not just cause im her partner but because she also is never afraid to speak her mind and has to be the smartest person i know. she never backs down nor lets a situation get out of control and always finds the best way to sort things out.
