JC icon in the address bar

I just noticed this today, no biggie but the JC icon in the address bar doesnt appear normally, I didnt even know there was one until today it randomly appeared in a thread, namely "Page 3 of ecotec in VN" in the v6 section, it wouldnt appear in the first 2 pages or any other thread,section etc. However the icon does appear in the favorites list.
I just think its odd how it works on this one page and every other time it just has the normal explorer icon??

I don't get it all?! I use Mozilla...Is it only an IE thing?

Not sure if its just an IE thing, I only seem to get it on the forum index page and no-where else on the site, exept that one weird thread? I'm sure it's supposed to work all the time, just dont know whether its a problem on my side or the site itself

i use mozilla and i get it every page

a lot of website use custom icons ( google wikipedia, PvPonline ) but tbh some appear right away other dont seem to want to appear. ( took me two days to get the icon for one of my webcomic to appear whereas other sites it game right up )
