You need to have been a member for a certain amount of time in addition to having made a certain amount of posts, I think it's to stop people ripping people off because they have to build a reputation, and other sites and services usually charge for this service which is free here anyway

JK i read somewhere where you need to have someting like 20 posts and be a member for 3 months.
