Default Rostering system for the mods

i think it would be a good idea for the moderators to set up some kind of rostering system to make better use of their time i.e. mod 1: comes on at 8.30am and looks through the site then at around 12pm another one comes on, the only reason i say this is because sometimes most mods are on all at the one time and other times no one is for ages.

it would be a better way of doing it rather than you all just coming on when you can and i think it would be more effective in keeping the site clean.

i realise that all of you have different commitments but even if you set up some basic guidlines for it i think it would work better than if you just did what you are doing now!

Also under vr-vs section there is two threads with the same name asking the same question by the same user and thats been there like that for about 3 or 4 days, thats the big reason why i suggest this.

let me know if you guys think this is a good idea.
    We got rep back, yaaay!

I work 5am-1pm most days so im on around lunchtime onwards, John works around 8am-5/6pm at a guess so is on later in the night, Garth works night shift so is ofter on in the early hours of the morning.
You forget this isnt a job for us, its a hobby. We jump on when we feel.
As for the thread...........thats what the report button is for!! We dont read every post.
